Established in 2001, published annually in English and Polish (with English as primary language).

There are no fees for submitting, processing or publishing an article in „Państwo i Społeczeństwo” / „State and Society”.
Articles and issues of the journal are available in electronic form under an open access licence CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 PL.
